  • When you arrive on campus, let a parking attendant know you're new to Calvary and he'll direct you to parking near the main entrance.

  • Greeters in the lobby will answer your questions and provide you with details about Calvary's ministries and events. They can also direct you to important
locations – the auditorium, classrooms, nurseries, and restrooms.

  • Nurseries and available for infants and toddlers. Sunday classes provide older children age-appropriate teaching and music. Classes, groups, and
activities are available for every age and stage of life.

  • During each service, we welcome newcomers. But we will never put you on the spot, make you stand, or call you to the front. We will, however, invite you
to meet our pastors and their wives in the lobby afterward.

Sound Teaching

Teaching children Biblical truth is very important. The Children's Ministry at Calvary strives to teach children truth in such a way that they view God accurately and respond to Him in humble pursuit. The fundamental values of our teaching, therefore are these:
  • God-centered.
God is the Hero of every story, the Sovereign of all creation, and the Savior to anyone who believes in Him.
  • Basic Bible knowledge.
Children are taught a comprehensive understanding of Bible stories, Christ-like virtues, and theology.
  • Solid theology.
Every Bible story, Christian character trait, and doctrine teaches who God is and how He works.
  • The discipline of Scripture memorization.
Bible meditation and memorization are the keys for  to lock in theology (who God is and how He works) and live by faith.
  • Practical application of Truth.
Truth must be practically applied to the real world of each person no matter how young or old.
  • Age-appropriate teaching.
Learning about God can be fun and interactive yet reverent and substantive.
  • Sincere Spirit-filled worship.
The spiritual appetites of children must be trained to enjoy God and not bring attention to oneself.
